The first portion of this gallery contains images of locations in Blue Rocks followed by images created in Stonehurst. Both these locations are in the South Shore region of Nova Scotia. Blue Rocks has primarily been a fishing village for many years and is often visited by photographers and other artists and is also one of the best kayaking places in the area. Blue Rocks is located about a 10 minute drive from Lunenburg. Stonehurst is located about a 5 minute drive northeast of Blue Rocks and is also mostly known as a fishing community. Both of these locations are special to me because my mother was born and raised in Stonehurst and during some of her teenage years she lived in Blue Rocks. I have many nice memories of my family visiting relatives in both these locations. Hover over image for file number and description, click on image to enlarge.
