Niagara Falls

I've enjoyed photographing locations at Niagara Falls on a few occasions. Niagara Falls is a group of three waterfalls famous for their outstanding beauty and they're also an important source of hydroelectric power. Horseshoe Falls, also known as the Canadian Falls, is the largest of the three. The American Falls and smaller Bridal Veil Falls lie within the United States. Goat Island separates Horseshoe Falls from Bridal Veil Falls and the very small Luna Island separates Bridal Veil Falls from the American Falls. Horseshoe Falls is the most powerful waterfall in North America due to it's high water flow rate. Niagara Falls tourist attractions, festivals and special events attract more than 13 million tourists from around the world each year.  Hover over image for file number and description.
